Ms. Gwendolyn L Hubbard, Daughter of Dr. Reverend Fletcher and
Mrs. Savannah Hubbard, receives FBI Annual Director's Award at FBI
Headquarters in Washington, D.C. in November 2004.
Ms. Gwendolyn Hubbard, a native of Lynchburg,
Virginia graduated from Edward Christian Glass High School in June,
1987. She serves as Chief of the FBI's National Recruitment and
Testing Office.
As a result of her exemplary efforts in implementing
national recruitment strategies targeting applicants nationwide
who possess skills deemed critical to the operational mission of
the FBI, including minorities, women, and persons with disabilities,
earned her the recipient of the FBI's Director's Award in November,
2004.
Her proud parents, Dr. Reverend Fletcher and
Mrs. Savannah Hubbard, attended the awards ceremony at the J. Edgar
Hoover FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. where they represented
the city of Lynchburg, Virginia.
